David Sandino will direct UC Davis School of Law’s Water Justice Small Farmer Clinic, an extension of the law school’s Aoki Water Justice Clinic. The new clinic will launch in July 2024.
UC Davis Law’s Aoki Water Justice Clinic received a $2.58 million grant from the California State Water Resources Control Board that will fund the clinic’s operation into early 2026.
Professor and Aoki Water Justice Clinic Director Robert Mullaney wrote an article about the clinic for California Legal History, the journal of the California Supreme Court Historical Society. The article is part of the special section “Legal History in the Making: Innovative Experiential Learning Programs in California Law Schools.”
