Join us for an engaging discussion with Hon. Dr. UGIRASHEBUJA Emmanuel, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Republic of Rwanda. With a distinguished career as the former President of the East African Court of Justice and Dean Emeritus at the National University of Rwanda’s Faculty of Law, Dr. UGIRASHEBUJA will bring insights into the evolution of the justice sector and legal frameworks in Rwanda’s journey toward justice after the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
