- I or someone I know may be a victim of prohibited discrimination, harassment, or arbitrary treatment. What resources are available to me?
- Please see the Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Program. The UC Davis Policy and Procedure Manual Chapter 400-15 provides procedures for resolving student complaints about prohibited discrimination and harassment as well as an abbreviated procedure for reviewing student complaints of arbitrary treatment that do not constitute prohibited discrimination or harassment.
- I am looking for resources on sexual assault, domestic/dating violence, and/or stalking.
- Please see Center for Advocacy, Resources & Education (CARE).
- I have a grievance or disciplinary issue.
- Please see the Law School Complaint Procedure and the UC Davis Code of Academic Conduct. The Regulations of the Faculty of the School of Law and the UC Davis campus web site (http://sja.ucdavis.edu/student-grievances.html) each contain separate sections pertaining specifically to student rights and grievances. Jurisdiction over and resolution of a student complaint may fall under a combination of School of Law or university policies.
