- Please see the Sexual Harassment Education Program. The UC Davis Policy and Procedure Manual Chapter 280, Section 05 provides procedures for resolving student complaints about prohibited discrimination and harassment as well as an abbreviated procedure for reviewing student complaints of arbitrary treatment that do not constitute prohibited discrimination or harassment.
