What is MAX?
AccessLex Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to legal education, has partnered with King Hall to bring you MAX by AccessLex®, the free personal finance program designed exclusively for law students! Within MAX, students can:
- Access personal finance lessons, resources and tools that fit your busy schedule;
- Schedule free one-on-one financial coaching with Accredited Financial Counselors (AFC®); and
- Earn entries into annual MAX scholarship drawings of more than $300,000 by completing courses and attending live events.
How is the MAX platform accessed?

Register for your free account at AskEDNA.AccessLex.org and enter MAX by AccessLex® to sign up for live events and free one-on-one financing coaching with Accredited Financial Counselors®.

If you're a 1L or entering 1L, complete the “MAX 1L Financial Foundations” course activities. 2L and 3L student can begin with the course activities specific to your year in school. Complete the course activities to gain entries to the annual MAX scholarship drawings.
