Water News Site Features Small Farmer Clinic

The SJV Water nonprofit news site showcased UC Davis Law’s new Small Farmer Clinic in an Oct. 9 story.  

Writer Hannah Frances Johansson interviewed clinic Director David Sandino and clinical students Nicole Larson ’26 and Thalia Taylor ’25 about the clinic, which provides free legal services to small farmers affected by the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). 

The new clinic is an offshoot of UC Davis Law’s Water Justice Clinic.
