Washington Post Quotes Professor Ventry on States' Attempts to 'Pre-Populate' Tax Returns
Professor Dennis J. Ventry, Jr. spoke to the Washington Post for a Feb. 13 story about problems encountered by U.S. states, including California, that tried to ease the tax-filing process by offering “pre-populated” returns. At least 47 nations around the world pre-populate tax forms, the Post pointed out.
