Professor Saucedo to Co-edit New UC Press Book Series
Professor Leticia Saucedo and UC Davis Asian American Studies Professor Robyn Magalit Rodriguez will edit the forthcoming University of California Press book series Race, Labor Migration and the Law.
According to UC Press, the series “creates a space to examine the increasingly exploitative labor practices that temporary migrant workers around the world are subject to due to their dependence on employment contracts and labor conditions that give employers extraordinary bargaining power.”
Leticia Saucedo, a professor of law at UC Davis School of Law, is an expert in employment, labor, and immigration law.
