Professor Miazad Talks to 'Here & Now' About Conservative Pushback on ESG Investing

Professor Amelia Miazad spoke to the public radio program Here & Now for a March 22 report on conservative pushback regarding ESG (environmental, social and governance) investment strategies, particularly those that eschew fossil fuel investments.

Professor Amelia Miazad is an expert on the nexus between corporate law and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. Professor Miazad’s work has been published in the Vanderbilt Law Review, Minnesota Law Review and UC Davis Law Review, among other leading publications. Before coming to Davis, Professor Miazad was a Senior Research Fellow at UC Berkeley School of Law. At Berkeley Law, she founded and led the Business in Society Institute.
