Professor Joslin Presents Forthcoming Book Chapter at Gonzaga Law

On April 19, Professor Courtney Joslin  presented a forthcoming book chapter, “The High Stakes of Gamete Regulation in a Post-Dobbs World,” at the LGBTQ+ Rights and Advocacy in Legal Education Summit at Gonzaga University School of Law. Joslin co-authored the chapter with Northeastern School of Law Assistant Professor Katherine Kraschel and Yale Law Professor Douglas NeJaime.

Professor Joslin is a leading scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples. She is a two-time Dukeminier Award recipient and the 2023 recipient of UC Davis Law’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
