Professor Behre Speaks at Boston University Title IX Symposium
Professor Kelly Behre spoke as part of the Boston University School of Law symposium “Title IX at 50: Learning from the Past and Looking to the Future,” held virtually on Sept. 23. Behre was part of the panel “Title IX’s increased reliance on criminal-law based models and the resultant effects on students, especially those with marginalized identities.”
Professor Kelly Behre is the director of the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic. She has more than 20 years of experience working with victims of domestic and sexual violence, including directing clinics at West Virginia University College of Law and the University of Alabama School of Law.
