UC Berkeley Law Artificial Intelligence Conference Features Professor Lee

Professor Peter Lee recently spoke at a conference hosted by UC Berkeley School of Law entitled “AI as an Inventing Tool – Its Implications for Patent Law and Policy.” Lee discussed the role of AI in the inventing process and various challenges of patenting AI-assisted inventions.

Peter Lee teaches and writes in the field of intellectual property law, particularly focusing on patent law, innovation, and technology transfer. He founded and directs UC Davis Law’s Center for Innovation, Law, and Society.
